- 01Optimize End-to-End Strategy: Leverage advanced data analytics to independently derive insights, develop, and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies across products and geographies
- 02Manage Macro & Market Trends: Monitor portfolio performance and exogenous macroeconomic trends; proactively adjust analytical and operational strategies to mitigate risk and balance growth
- 03Model & Capability Building: Partner deeply with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for scalable risk, fraud, or growth models
- 04Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to interpret evolving regulatory and market requirements, translating them directly into analytical policy and product design recommendations
- 05Oversee Frameworks & Launches: Oversee the development and execution of analytical frameworks. Drive cross-functional discussions to ensure new product launches and market entries align with risk appetite, operational capabilities, and local regulations
- 06External & Strategic Alignment: Engage with external stakeholders including merchants, vendors, and partners to align practices, ensure compliance, and strengthen strategic relationships
- 07AI Leverage & Mentorship: Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that compound across the team's analyses, while mentoring junior analysts on technical craft and domain nuances
Требования
- 012–5 years of proven experience in an analytically-driven role within the consumer lending, credit, or fintech industry, specifically leveraging advanced analytics to develop and optimize business strategies
- 02Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 03Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
- 04Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling, with experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems
- 05Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that bridge Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to align analytical strategies with business objectives
- 06Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations, regional market dynamics, and the broader economic landscape influencing policy and growth
- 07Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies
- 08Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
