• 01Provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for employees
• 02Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles
• 03Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Datadog
• 04Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
• 05Maintain hardware and software inventory
• 06Work with global counterparts to improve processes and consistency across the organization
• 07Support unified communications needs for Datadog employees in conference rooms and other common areas
• 08Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation
• 09Leverage a foundational understanding of and curiosity about AI tools to optimize daily workflows
• 10Participate in deployment and security-related projects
• 11Participate in the IT Support on-call rotation

Требования

• 011+ years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably supporting a corporate environment
• 02Enjoys working in a team and helping people
• 03Has a genuine curiosity about AI trends and enjoys discovering new ways to automate repetitive tasks
• 04Experience supporting Apple devices such as MacBooks and iPads
• 05Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 06Fascinated by how things work and able to explain them in simple terms
• 07Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• 08Familiarity with G Suite and other common SaaS applications
