Обязанности
- 01Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences
- 02Make it all work as one
- 03Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other, and build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike
- 04Define what 'good' means for products that never behave the same way twice
- 05Set the quality bar for agent experiences and build the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold us to it
- 06Serve developers and creators at the same time
- 07Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators
- 08Contribute heavily to the agent product strategy, then turn it into work that ships
- 09Prototype ideas, ship small improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls
- 10Place durable bets as the AI landscape shifts
Требования
- 01BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 02Have 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in AI-powered systems
- 03Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
- 04Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
- 05Can define 'good' for non-deterministic products
- 06Have built AI or similar products and set the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to twice
- 07Can serve two audiences at once
- 08Have built both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators, and hold both in view without shortchanging either
- 09Enjoy the full craft of building software
- 10Are curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you
- 11Work as a peer and a thought partner

- 01Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- 02Full-time Permanent Exempt
- 03Base pay ranges: Zone A: $187,500 - $225,000, Zone B: $176,700 - $212,000, Zone C: $165,000 - $198,000 (USD), Canada: $204,000 - $245,000 (CAD)
