Sr. Product Manager II (Remote Eligible)

Обязанности
- 01Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-native product
- 02Ship incrementally and deliberately, treating AI capabilities like any other product bet
- 03Obsess over user experience and outcomes
- 04Establish clear success metrics and evaluation frameworks
- 05Define the standards and best practices that help other teams build AI capabilities successfully
- 06Build strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, design, and data science
- 07Work closely with GTM partners to define positioning, messaging, and sales/customer success enablement
- 08Operate comfortably in genuine ambiguity and with a high degree of autonomy
- 09Mentor and develop other PMs
- 10Use AI tools extensively in your own work and feed what you learn back into product decisions
Требования
- 018-10+ years of product management experience shipping complex, technically demanding products end-to-end
- 02Direct experience working with enterprise customers and scaled organizations
- 03Fluency in AI/ML concepts: model evaluation, agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, quality measurement, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- 04A track record of making thoughtful prioritization decisions in high-ambiguity environments
- 05Strong first-principles thinking
- 06A philosophy about where AI should make decisions vs. where users need deterministic control
- 07Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your own workflow
- 08Comfort with both technical depth and creative ambiguity
- 09Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
- 10Experience building or managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI/ML systems is a strong plus
- 11Technical degree or equivalent experience

- 12US Base Salary Pay Range $171,250 — $203,750 USD
