Обязанности
- 01Work alongside our largest customers and partners to solve complex issues involving architecture, performance, recovery, and security
- 02Serve as an expert resource on standard methodologies for running MongoDB at scale
- 03Act as an advocate for customer and partner needs by collaborating with product management and development teams
- 04Contribute to internal projects, such as the software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics
- 05Mentor and ramp up new team members while building knowledge of new product lines within the MongoDB ecosystem
- 06Work with top ISV partners to ensure excellence for joint customers
Требования
- 01Solid hands-on experience with systems engineering, including Linux performance, memory management, I/O tuning, configuration, security, networking, and troubleshooting
- 02A strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS
- 03Experience building and maintaining complex mission-critical production database systems (RDBMS or NoSQL)
- 04Basic coding or scripting ability in one or more languages: Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, or Go
- 05Experience analyzing and troubleshooting issues holistically, from the application tier through the database down to storage
- 06Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet while remaining calm under pressure
- 07A genuine desire to help people and a passion for rapidly learning new technical skills
