Обязанности
- 01Work directly with largest customers on complex, mission-critical challenges
- 02Develop specialized expertise in areas like performance, scalability, security, or data modeling
- 03Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
- 04Advocate for customers' needs and influence product priorities
- 05Keep critical deployments online and help navigate high-stakes incidents
- 06Create knowledge articles, internal talks, mentoring, and ramp new teammates
- 07Diagnose and resolve performance, availability, and stability issues
- 08Trace issues end-to-end across application, database, and infrastructure
- 09Analyze customer workloads and translate requirements into deployment recommendations
Требования
- 01Strong Linux systems administration and troubleshooting skills
- 02Proven track record supporting complex mission-critical production systems
- 03Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- 04Familiarity with database administration concepts across RDBMS and/or NoSQL systems
- 05Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- 06Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
- 07Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- 08Familiarity with security concepts like authentication, authorization, encryption
- 09Experience analyzing logs across distributed systems or microservices
- 10Basic scripting or coding ability
- 11Skilled at translating complex technical issues into clear communication
- 12Patience, empathy, and genuine desire to help customers
- 13Ability to learn quickly and willingness to ramp on new technologies
