- 01Working alongside largest customers, solving their complex challenges
- 02Resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security
- 03Being an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale
- 04Advocating for customers' needs and interfacing with product management and development teams
- 05Contributing to internal projects including software development of support tools
Требования
- 01Strong technical experience in systems administration
- 02Strong technical experience in distributed systems
- 03Strong technical experience in network administration
- 04Strong technical experience in database architecture and administration
- 05Strong technical experience in application architecture
- 06Strong technical experience in data architecture and design
- 07Strong technical experience in performance tuning and benchmarking
- 08Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 09Genuine desire to help people
- 10Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- 11Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and solve problems in real-time
- 12Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills
- 13Strong teamwork and good judgment to know when to seek help
