Обязанности
- 01Working alongside largest customers to solve complex challenges and resolve questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and related topics.
- 02Serve as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at any scale.
- 03Advocate for customer needs by interfacing with product management and development teams.
- 04Contribute to internal projects, including developing support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
- 05Advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems using problem-solving, customer service, and deep technical experience.
Требования
- 013-5 years of relevant experience.
- 02Strong technical experience in one or more of: systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database architecture and administration, application architecture, data architecture and design, performance tuning and benchmarking.
- 03Experience administering large-scale production environments including hardware, operating systems (Linux, Windows), networks (firewalls, load balancers), and cloud resources (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- 04Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 05Genuine desire to help people, strong investigative and troubleshooting skills, ability to think on feet, remain calm under pressure, and rapidly learn new technical skills.
- 06Strong teamwork: willingness to seek help and good judgment to know when to do so.
- 07Bonus: experience with Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Javascript, node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl.
