Обязанности
- 01Partner with our Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- 02Own the technical engagement with customers and help to close high-velocity opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
- 03Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- 04Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape
- 05Drive product conversations based on need and problems learned during customer interactions
- 06Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public and internal enablement material
Требования
- 01Ideally located on the East Coast or Central Region of the US
- 025+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- 03Ability to hit the ground running in a startup environment
- 04Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
- 05Ability to work and collaborate with an international, remote-first team
- 06First class written and oral communication skills
- 07Ability to skillfully articulate value proposition and technical advantages
- 08Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
- 09Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- 10Self-motivated, initiative, and creative

- 01OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range is $182,000 - $226,000 in the United States
- 02Compensation varies by country, level, experience, and skillset
