Обязанности
- 01Be the Samsara advisor, managing the deployment of Samsara technology to customers
- 02Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business process
- 03Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training
- 04Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara's technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users
- 05Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience
Требования
- 012+ years of experience in implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role
- 02Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred
- 03Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies
- 042+ years experience supporting or working with technical products
- 05Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
- 06Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
- 07Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time
- 08Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- 09Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty
- 10Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory
