Обязанности
- 01Be the Samsara advisor, managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
- 02Own the project management including project plans, RAID logs and governance meetings
- 03Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process
- 04Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training
- 05Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara's technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users
- 06Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally
Требования
- 014+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role
- 02Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred
- 03Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies
- 042+ years experience supporting or working with technical products
- 052+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders
- 06Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
- 07Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
- 08Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- 09Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative
- 10Thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
