Обязанности
- 01Own the commercialization of a portfolio of products
- 02Collaborate closely with product management, go-to-market, marketing, finance, and enablement teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- 03Launch new products and achieve target metrics and goals
- 04Define product pricing, including packaging, preferred structures, and standard approaches
- 05Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitive research
- 06Collaborate with sales teams to identify targets and GTM strategy
- 07Establish first beta customers and oversee deals through contracting
- 08Promote strong governance and a culture of data-driven decision making
- 09Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows to scale
- 10Foster best practices, knowledge sharing, and skills development across the GTM organization
Требования
- 018+ years of go-to-market, business development, management consulting or revenue operations experience
- 02Proven experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments
- 03Track record of bringing products or solutions to market and scaling commercial outcomes
- 04Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
- 05Expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- 06Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Условия
- 01Flexible First work environment - remote within US or from Oakland, CA or NYC offices
- 02Expected to be in-office 2 days/week if within 35 miles of Oakland, NYC or London offices
- 03Base salary range: National $163,200 - $204,000, Premium $176,600 - $220,800, Premium Plus $192,000 - $240,000
