Обязанности
- 01Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and the core problems behind their alerting and notification monitoring challenges
- 02Collaborate across product teams to identify and deliver the most critical alerts and health indicators for every product area
- 03Define, build, and launch the next generation of user experiences for managing automated alerts and configurations
- 04Design intuitive solutions that represent alert status and system health across the entire application, providing users with at-a-glance visibility
- 05Join an engineering team to scope, spec, and design alerting features capable of supporting the most complex, high-scale organizations
- 06Continuously evolve the product with the latest technologies, including AI tools and agents
- 07Partner with marketing and customer success teams to help users understand and adopt new alerting frameworks and health-monitoring features
Требования
- 012+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cloud or developer tools
- 02Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
- 03Customer focused with high quality standards for your products
- 04Passionate to work in a high growth and impact environment to build new products and scaling existing ones
- 05Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
