Senior Product Manager – Observability Data Platform

Обязанности
- 01Develop a deep understanding of Observability Data Platform customers – platform engineers, SREs, and product managers
- 02Define product direction across multiple ODP surfaces including control plane and data layer
- 03Lead conversations with design partners and strategic customers to understand platform pain points and validate product assumptions
- 04Develop command of unit economics of platform surfaces and bring cost-profile understanding into pricing conversations
- 05Anticipate and communicate market trends relating to AI-native infrastructure patterns
- 06Drive discussions across engineering, product, and commercial-facing PMs to deliver seamless cross-product experiences
- 07Support active customer engagements and contribute to executive-level conversations on architecture and roadmap
- 08Track adoption and measure impact for product areas and iterate based on data
Требования
- 015+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 02Experience working on developer-focused SaaS platform, infrastructure, or data product
- 03Strong cross-org navigation skills across engineering, product, commercial, and pricing teams
- 04Command of distributed data infrastructure concepts
- 05Ability to engage credibly with engineering on technical trade-offs, scalability constraints, and platform architecture
- 06Comfort distilling complex architecture and cost-to-serve trade-offs into clear context
- 07Collaborative and opinionated approach with ability to build trust quickly
- 08Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments with complex cross-platform scope
- 09Highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to high quality standards
