01Own the vision and strategy for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and customer needs
02Lead and mentor a team of product managers, helping them grow and advance their careers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, AI-powered features
03Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to deliver AI product solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
04Identify new opportunities for AI product innovation and drive them from concept to execution, ensuring they have a measurable impact on our customers and the business
05Work closely with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their pain points, ensuring that AI solutions are delivering tangible value and solving real-world problems
06Define AI product roadmaps and manage the prioritization of features and initiatives to ensure the team’s efforts are aligned with business goals
07Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making by working closely with data science and analytics teams to inform product strategy and validate assumptions
08Promote a product-first mindset across the organization, ensuring that the user experience and business value are central to every product decision
09Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in AI product development, ensuring that Datadog remains a leader in AI-powered observability and security solutions

01Proven experience in AI product management, with a track record of successfully leading the development and delivery of AI-driven products and solutions
02Deep technical knowledge of AI technologies and a strong understanding of machine learning, data science, and related fields, with the ability to translate these capabilities into compelling product experiences
03Successfully led product teams, including mentoring and developing product managers, while balancing the need for leadership and hands-on execution
04Skilled at prioritizing and delivering complex product roadmaps, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
05Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact AI products
06Customer-first mindset, always striving to understand and solve customer pain points through innovative AI-driven solutions
07Strong communicator and influencer, capable of building relationships with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and move initiatives forward
08Proven ability to manage large-scale AI product initiatives, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact
09Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
