Обязанности
- 01Lead projects from concept to rollout, including design, delivery, operations, and customer follow-up
- 02Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database: ingestion, storage, and query
- 03Wear the product hat, join customer calls, translate pain points into deliverables, and shape the roadmap
- 04Drive operational excellence, own outcomes against SLOs and unit cost targets, reduce toil through automation
- 05Partner across Grafana teams (App Observability, Alloy, Tempo, other Databases squads) to integrate profiles
- 06Support teammates through design conversations, code review, and pairing in a remote setup
- 07Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) for services built, handle incident response and post-incident learning
- 08Contribute to open source, engage the community, review external contributions, steer the project
Требования
- 01Experience leading projects end to end
- 02Expertise in designing, building, and operating distributed databases
- 03Ability to make trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity
- 04Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple teams
- 05Experience with on-call rotations and operational excellence
- 06Familiarity with open source development and community engagement
