Обязанности
- 01Lead projects from concept to rollout, including design, delivery, operations, and customer follow-up
- 02Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database: ingestion, storage, and query
- 03Wear the product hat, join customer calls, translate pain points into deliverables, and shape the roadmap
- 04Drive operational excellence, own outcomes against SLOs and unit cost targets, and reduce toil through automation
- 05Partner across Grafana with teams like App Observability, Alloy, Tempo, and other Databases squads
- 06Support teammates through design conversations, code review, and pairing in a fully remote setup
- 07Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) for the services you build
- 08Contribute to open source, engage the community, and review external contributions
Требования
- 01Experience leading meaningful projects end to end
- 02Ability to design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database
- 03Ability to translate customer pain points into manageable deliverables
- 04Experience driving operational excellence against concrete SLOs and cost targets
- 05Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setup
- 06Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and incident response
- 07Experience with open source contribution and community engagement
