Обязанности
- 01Lead projects from concept to rollout including design, delivery, operations, and customer follow-up
- 02Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database: ingestion, storage, and query
- 03Join customer calls and translate pain points into manageable deliverables
- 04Drive operational excellence against concrete SLOs and unit cost targets
- 05Work closely with App Observability, Alloy, Tempo, and other Databases squads
- 06Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) for services built
- 07Engage the community and review external contributions for open source project
Требования
- 01Experience leading projects end to end
- 02Experience designing and operating distributed databases
- 03Ability to work directly with customers and shape product roadmap
- 04Strong operational excellence mindset with SLO ownership
- 05Experience with cross-team collaboration in remote setup
- 06Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- 07Open source contribution experience
