Обязанности
- 01Lead projects from concept to rollout, including design, delivery, operations, and customer follow-up
- 02Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database: ingestion, storage, and query
- 03Wear the product hat, join customer calls, translate pain points into deliverables, and shape the roadmap
- 04Drive operational excellence, own outcomes against SLOs and unit cost targets, and reduce toil through automation
- 05Partner across Grafana with teams like App Observability, Alloy, and Tempo
- 06Support teammates through design conversations, code review, and pairing
- 07Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) for the services you build
- 08Contribute to open source, engage the community, and review external contributions
Требования
- 01Experience leading projects from concept to rollout
- 02Experience designing, building, and operating core components of a distributed database
- 03Ability to make sharp trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity
- 04Ability to join customer calls and translate pain points into manageable deliverables
- 05Experience driving operational excellence against SLOs and unit cost targets
- 06Experience working in a fully remote setup
- 07Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- 08Experience contributing to open source projects
