Обязанности
- 01Monitor customer installation milestone progress in collaboration with Samsara Implementation Consultant
- 02Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases
- 03Monitor CSAT related to installations and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction
- 04Assist partners in building project-specific installation guides using Samsara best practices
- 05Deliver onsite training to installer technicians on project specific requirements
- 06Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to Samsara's quality standards
- 07Provide onsite oversight for large or complex deployments
- 08Perform first of kind installations on complex customer projects
- 09Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track
- 10Capture lessons learned from each project to improve processes
- 11Collaborate with internal teams to escalate, share feedback, and enhance the installation experience
- 12Ensure compliance with safety standards and Samsara best practices throughout the installation lifecycle
- 13Ensure that the Statement of Work (SOW) is fully aligned to the project's installation requirements
Требования
- 01High school diploma required, advanced degree preferred
- 02Must have valid driver's license and be insurable
- 034+ years experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology
- 04Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience preferred
- 05Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems including Controller Area Networks (CAN bus) and Power Take Off (PTO) applications
- 06Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- 07Experience in field operations coordination, implementation, and technical deployment
- 08Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- 09Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 10Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- 11Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration
