Revenue Operations Analyst (Analytics)

Обязанности
- 01Partner with GTM leadership to elevate reporting, systems and process to drive revenue growth and decision making
- 02Manage, and enhance our quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- 03Collaborate cross-functionally to enable the Revenue team to see a 360 degree view of the customer in the CRM
- 04Drive initiative to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy and CRM governance
- 05Manage urgent ad hoc operational requests
Требования
- 01Have 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
- 02Have Salesforce experience; CPQ Experience and Admin certification plus
- 03Have familiarity with GTM tech stacks and how they support revenue workflows
- 04Bring 3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau and/or writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit
- 05Have experience getting your hands dirty with ETL and familiar with popular data warehouses
- 06Are an excellent communicator with senior management audiences

- 01Remote US
- 02Compensation Range for US: $75,000 – $120,000 [USD]
- 03Compensation Range for Canada: $105,000 – $130,000 [CAD]
- 04A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent
