Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations - Public Sector

Обязанности
- 01Provide strategic, operational, and tactical support to multiple sales leaders across the Public Sector Geo
- 02Own all monthly sales pipeline-related KPIs (e.g. website visits, contacts, leads, opportunities, conversion rates, won/loss analysis, etc)
- 03Drive the pipeline budget and forecast, along with monthly actual to plan variance analysis
- 04Support territory carving and GTM resource planning to optimise coverage model across top markets
- 05Implement early warning systems to proactively manage business growth (e.g., customer churn, pipeline, conversions, pricing)
- 06Work cross-functionally with Area Vice Presidents, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify areas of concern and develop initiatives
- 07Drive critical initiatives including capacity planning, pipeline management and go-to-market plans
- 08Develop growth plans for new geographies and market segments
- 09Support overlay sales teams to continuously evolve resourcing model
- 10Drive and support the operationalisation of AI-driven go-to-market strategies for UK Public Sector
Требования
- 01Work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS/Consulting organisations
- 02Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations into executive presentations
- 03Experience forecasting bookings, rep attainment, and building complex dynamic models for scenario planning
- 04Excellent communication and engagement skills
- 05Highly collaborative style and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with urgency
- 06Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- 07Experience with Salesforce.com platform
- 08Power user proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office suite (especially Google Sheets/MS Excel and Google Slides/MS PowerPoint)
- 09Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools (especially Tableau)
