Senior Analyst, Business Transformation Office

Обязанности
- 01Coordinate the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement requests
- 02Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and clarify business needs
- 03Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations and IT delivery teams
- 04Track project timelines, action items, risks, and key operational metrics
- 05Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and change management activities
- 06Create process documentation, training materials, and user communications
- 07Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve business processes
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 021–3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Process Improvement, or Technology Implementation
- 03Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
- 04Knowledge with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- 05Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
- 06Experience documenting business processes is a plus

- 01Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary
- 02This role does not have a variable compensation component
- 03The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is: $89,100 — $140,900 USD
- 04The typical starting salary range for this role in select locations (Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco Bay Area CA, New York City Metro Area) is: $106,800 — $168,900 USD
