Обязанности
- 01Act as a GTM subject matter expert on Revenue Operations and Deal Desk processes, best practices, and systems
- 02Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex order forms and provide ad-hoc pricing guidance when required
- 03Educate the Sales Team and train new Sales hires on Deal Desk operations to ensure that best practices, approvals, and procedures are properly followed and well documented
- 04Review all deals to ensure that contract terms, billing information, and pricing are accurate and aligned with the data inside the CRM
- 05Proactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of the Deal Desk
- 06Partner with cross-functional departments to learn and identify business needs and help facilitate the end-to-end deal process (e.g., deal structuring, approvals, and order management)
Требования
- 01Have a Bachelor’s Degree
- 02Have internship experience in Revenue Operations, Business Insights & Analytics, or Finance
- 03Have expert knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and Readiness, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations
- 04Have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel
- 05Have familiarity with Salesforce
- 06Have the ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- 07Have the demonstrated ability to implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
- 08Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 09Have excellent cross-group collaboration skills
- 10Are highly organized, have multitasking skills, and have the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
