Responsibilities
- 01Own and grow incident management within Detection & Response team
- 02Own incident response lifecycle from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review
- 03Gather data on incident trends and report on patterns and root causes
- 04Work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to implement broad fixes and systemic improvements
- 05Ensure the organization learns from incidents and improves each time
Requirements
- 01Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 02Field of study relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 03Years of experience correlating with internal job level requirements
