Responsibilities
- 01Maintain the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain, following the framework your manager sets, flagging gaps rather than resolving them unilaterally
- 02Support the GSIS metrics and reporting framework for your assigned scope: pull together operational health and status updates on a defined cadence
- 03Execute assigned tasks in the build-out of net-new capabilities, under close direction from the Senior Manager or Lead; contribute to documentation and training materials
- 04Act as first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your assigned domain, resolving directly where the answer is clear and routing everything else up with context
- 05Contribute to audit-ready documentation within your scope, following existing templates and standards
- 06Support cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity, owning specific workstreams within a project rather than the project's overall scope, timeline, or stakeholder communication
Requirements
- 01Have program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain: you understand what a personal security program looks like, even if you haven't run one independently
- 02Have contributed to a personal security program or capability build in a high-growth environment, including documentation, playbooks, or training materials
- 03Bring working familiarity with at least one or two GSIS domains, with the speed and willingness to build fluency in others
- 04Have supported the development of policies, procedures, or documentation that held up under review
- 05Write clearly and can document security concepts for both specialist and non-specialist audiences
- 06Are comfortable executing against a defined scope, and know to escalate when something shifts beyond that scope
- 07Care about Anthropic's mission and the unique security considerations that come with building frontier AI systems
- 08Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 09Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 10Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
What we offer
- 01Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
- 02Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate
- 03Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis
