Responsibilities

01Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site
02Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for CI employees at all levels
03Assess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD team
04Design and adapt learning materials for the CI context
05Support onboarding experiences for new CI hires
06Build trusting relationships with CI managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needs
07Coordinate and deliver coaching conversations and career development support as needed
08Collaborate with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency

011–3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field
02Comfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces
03Strong relationship-building skills — you earn trust quickly and know how to meet people where they are
04Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team
05Adaptable and resourceful; you thrive in environments where needs evolve and structure is still being built
06Familiarity with instructional design basics and a willingness to develop content as needed
07Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds welcome
08Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO; this is an on-site role
