Responsibilities

01Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs and initiatives
02Manage day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completions, and reporting
03Support the team with vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking
04Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible
05Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements
06Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences
07Assist with data collection and reporting on program participation and effectiveness
08Partner closely with the L&TD team to support day-to-day operational and administrative needs

010–1 year of experience; internships or relevant coursework in HR, education, communications, or a related field welcome
02Highly organized with strong attention to detail
03Clear communicator, comfortable drafting emails, Slack messages, and simple documents
04Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency
05Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
06Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools a plus
07Genuine interest in people development and building a career in L&D or HR
