Responsibilities

01Build fluency across the Money and Growth org by rotating through roughly 5 distinct team assignments
02Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
03Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
04Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy
05Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making and influence core business direction

01Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role
02Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques
03Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners
04Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve
05Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

01Role based in Washington, D.C. office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
