Responsibilities

01Support the Growth org, focusing on Gold subscriptions
02Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies
03Analyze customer behavior and identify new opportunities to grow Gold through improved targeting, retention, and messaging
04Collaborate with partners in Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives and measure business impact clearly

015+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
02Experience as a Product Data Scientist or in a similar role, partnering closely with product teams to directly shape product strategy and roadmap decisions
03Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions
04Ability to successfully implement projects and compete in a fast-paced environment
05Bonus points if you have experience with subscription, recurring-revenue, or membership business models

01Role is based in Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

08Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $179,000 — $210,000 USD, Zone 2 $157,000 — $185,000 USD, Zone 3 $139,000 — $164,000 USD
