Responsibilities
- 01Ability to pull together your own datasets with strong SQL skills and knowledge of analytical programming languages including R or Python to conduct statistical analyses
- 02Build revenue optimization models and set KPI targets using structured in-house data
- 03Partner with key stakeholders across business units to ensure marketing initiatives align with overarching corporate strategy and goals
- 04Establish and communicate clear, actionable KPIs to guide team performance and support executive management
- 05Deliver high-impact, data-driven insights and recommendations; collaborate with leadership to influence key decisions and optimize the growth funnel
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline
- 025+ years of expertise in quantitative analysis, ability to generate insights and tell a story backed by data
- 03Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- 04Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
- 05Demonstrated track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth, and self-directed work environments
- 06Analytical mindset, capable of understanding advanced abstract relationships and concrete systems/data
- 07Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
