Responsibilities
- 01Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain high accuracy and identify trends
- 02Perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances and recommend/implement corrective actions
- 03Generate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics, turnover, aging, accuracy, and KPIs
- 04Support and analyze cycle count programs; reconcile physical vs. system inventory
- 05Maintain and improve data quality in ERP/WMS systems; ensure lot/serial and location traceability
- 06Collaborate with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance on inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow
- 07Identify and drive process improvements for receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging
- 08Track and report on high-value assets and critical spare parts to support 24/7 operations
- 09Abide by all procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents
- 10Manage priorities independently and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 014+ years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or related experience
- 021+ years of experience with SQL
- 03Ability to work on-site in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures and noise
- 04Comfortable with occasional lifting, standing, and movement in inventory/staging areas as required to validate data or support operations
