Responsibilities
- 01Receive, store, and issue raw material, parts, details, and hardware to support data center construction, commissioning, and operations
- 02Store parts and materials in designated locations (bins, racks, VLMs, or staging areas), accurately identifying parts and locations
- 03Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures, especially for high-value or sensitive equipment
- 04Perform picking and kitting functions to assemble necessary kits of parts, material, and hardware; verify all items are available and accounted for
- 05Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and revisions
- 06Issue material against approved paperwork, including affixing verification and maintaining lot/serial traceability as required
- 07Perform cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy
- 08Abide by all procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents
- 09Manage schedule priorities and independently execute work to meet site deliverables
- 10Perform good housekeeping in inventory and staging areas
- 11Support material flow, including staging and just-in-time delivery to internal customers
Requirements
- 01High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 021+ years of inventory control experience
- 03Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. unassisted; frequent lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required
- 04Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 05Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating)
- 06Must be open to working all required shift hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations
- 07Comfortable working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures and noise
