Responsibilities
- 01Receive all materials/packages and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system; process hold or exception packages as required
- 02Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications
- 03Create/print routing labels and other required identifiers for received material
- 04File and maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork and documentation
- 05Interface with carriers, internal customers, purchasing, and other departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to receipt and distribution
- 06Document non-conformance occurrences in accordance with prescribed procedures
- 07Perform cycle counts and review stagnant inventory reports to ensure location accuracy
- 08Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics
- 09Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment per safety procedures
- 10Maintain good housekeeping in receiving and staging areas
- 11Support material flow to construction and operations teams, including kitting and staging as needed
Requirements
- 01High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 023+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment
- 03Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; frequent lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required
- 04Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 05Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating)
- 06Must be open to working all required shift hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations
- 07Must be able to stand/walk for the majority of the shift
- 08Comfortable working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust
