Responsibilities

01Build and foster highly engaged Users Communities; regularly engage with the customers in a range of forums to provide clear and impactful communication that drives shared understanding & education, promotes product adoption, and delivers customer value
02Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and at industry events
03Drive increased customer value through release education and product capability promotion
04As a Voice for the Customers, capture and relay their needs, and industry-specific learnings, to our Product Management team based in the US, helping them to inform product decisions and improve designs
05Collaborate effectively with Veeva field teams to drive customer success, product excellence, best practices, and Veeva Product success
06Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva EDC and Veeva DQS products, staying up to date with the latest features and communicating Product roadmap directions
07Act as a champion for Veeva's key product enhancements
08Provide product education to Veeva Clinical Data customers in meetings and our online communities
09Be the customer advocate internally. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback
10Collaborate with Product teams to deliver valuable content and resources for product and release communication
11Provide cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support

015+ years working in the Clinical Management space, usually from Product Management, Consulting or Professional Services/Implementation roles
02Recent hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS
03Ability to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to technical product requirements, preferences, and limitations
04Ability to understand Product Vision, Technical Specifications and Software Development Documentation, and translate them into language and content for both business and technical stakeholder
05Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote
06Strong analytical skills and English skills
07A strong passion for emerging technologies and the ability to quickly grasp, articulate, and conceptualize how AI-driven features solve clinical trials challenges
08Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
09Willingness to travel between 15-30%
