Responsibilities
- 01Architect scalable systems and design latency sensitive applications for our Intercoms deployed around the world
- 02Drive technical direction and lead engineers on project execution
- 03Collaborate cross functionally to design complex systems with simple and robust backend APIs
- 04Own backend systems end-to-end
- 05Resolve problems that span beyond team boundaries
Requirements
- 017+ years of industry backend software engineering experience
- 024+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer at a rapidly growing start up or innovative company
- 03Experience driving technical direction and leading engineers on project execution
- 04Experience collaborating cross functionally to design complex systems with simple and robust backend APIs
- 05History of shipping out significant products
- 06Ownership mentality
- 07Deep expertise with relational databases
- 08Demonstrated expertise in either Python or GoLang
- 09BS or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, or science
