Responsibilities

01Partner on core Revenue Operations foundations including quota setting, book builds, compensation administration, and monthly business reporting
02Build scalable reporting and analytical frameworks that improve visibility into funnel health, pipeline quality, and sales performance
03Develop diagnostics that help Sales leaders identify opportunities, understand performance drivers, and make better decisions
04Improve forecasting infrastructure and manager tooling to increase confidence in revenue projections
05Perform ad hoc analytical deep dives that uncover actionable insights and influence go-to-market strategy
06Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows using AI and modern tooling, improving team productivity and reducing manual work
07Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Finance, Data, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how our revenue organization operates

013-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a similarly analytical role
02Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
03Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets
04Experience translating data into clear business recommendations
05Experience managing cross-functional projects from beginning to end
06Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or operational workflows
07Experience with sales compensation tools such as CaptivateIQ is a plus
08Strong SQL proficiency

01Hybrid work: 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day)
02Remote work flexibility: up to 4 weeks per year
