Responsibilities
- 01Break down complex and ambiguous problems to uncover actionable insights
- 02Analyse customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape priorities, with a key focus on Brand (supply) opportunities
- 03Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- 04Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analysis, and make recommendations to Faire’s leadership team based on your findings
- 05Provide thought partnership to cross-functional teammates to ensure the organization is using data thoughtfully and correctly
- 06Support the prioritisation, planning, and launch of new international markets
- 07You will be required to regularly demonstrate the ability to exercise independent discretion in analytical rigor, strategic intuition and execution
Requirements
- 01Must possess a bachelor's degree
- 025+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations
- 03Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- 04Strong business judgment and ability to work across Product, GTM, and operational topics
- 05Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- 06SQL experience is strongly preferred
- 07Ability to execute: adept at working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, influencing decision-making, and shipping high-quality insights and initiatives on time
