Responsibilities
- 01Lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the help.okta.com and developer.okta.com content sites
- 02Lead the adoption of AI across the team’s day-to-day deliverables
- 03Work closely with the Doc Tools leads to develop and implement our roadmap
- 04Recruit great engineers to accelerate our work
- 05Mentor, retain, and develop engineers as they advance in their own careers
- 06Establishing clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for individuals and team
- 07Collaborate with the Doc Tools leads to assist in delivering projects on the Builder Experience roadmap
Requirements
- 0110+ years of experience as an engineer with significant frontend experience
- 023+ years of experience building and leading a team of engineers
- 03Deep understanding of at least 1 major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- 043+ years of technical management experience
- 05Bachelor's in CS, or equivalent
- 06Have managed software engineering teams with end-to-end ownership over their technical stack and production performance
- 07Have successfully built high-performing engineering teams
- 08Are comfortable leading geographically distributed teams
