Responsibilities
- 01Building, maintaining, and improving the documentation site’s infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
- 02Supporting internal customers such as the Builder Experience teams with their structured authoring platforms and automation
- 03Ensuring the technical writers are not blocked in their day-to-day work
- 04Providing cross-regional support to various Builder Experience teams
- 05Collaborating with DocTool Leads to maintain and improve the user experience for Okta's documentation sites
- 06Supporting content structure and versioning for multiple products and global audiences
Requirements
- 01At least 4+ years of development experience
- 02Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 03Good verbal communication skills
- 04Team player who enjoys collaborating with members in various teams
- 05Experience working in an agile environment
