Responsibilities
- 01Run the PMO's coordination rhythm, including syncs with the HR Tech team, prioritization cycles, and department events
- 02Design lightweight project management frameworks and templates for colleagues to rely on
- 03Mentor and support colleagues who take on project management responsibilities within their own teams
- 04Plan and coordinate the rollout of organizational initiatives through structured change management
- 05Take full ownership of defined projects from start to finish, tracking timelines, decisions, and follow-through
- 06Maintain an overview of the People project portfolio to track priorities, risks, and capacity
- 07Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and help implement automation
- 08Define success metrics and use data to evaluate the outcomes of our initiatives
Requirements
- 01Experience managing or coordinating projects within a People, HR, or internal operations context
- 02Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in our international environment
- 03The proven ability to translate context between different teams and seniority levels, keeping people aligned
- 04Demonstrated experience working with digital tools and systems, adapting to new platforms quickly
- 05A structured approach to work, emphasizing clear documentation and highly organized workflows
