Responsibilities

01Lead large, complex financing processes from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing
02Translate broad capital-raising objectives into executable financing plans, timelines, work streams, and counterparty strategies
03Manage lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and internal stakeholders across high-stakes transactions
04Provide oversight on financial structuring, modeling, diligence, risk allocation, and transaction documentation
05Make clear recommendations on financing strategy, counterparty selection, process design, and tradeoffs
06Operate effectively in a small, high-impact team without relying on a large analyst or associate bench
07Help build repeatable internal processes for a financing function that is still scaling
08Coach and develop more junior transaction professionals

018-15 years of experience executing structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, digital infrastructure finance, or other capital-intensive transactions
02Personally led multiple complex or large-scale financings through close, with the ability to explain your individual role and decisions in detail
03Experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including structuring, modeling oversight, lender or investor engagement, documentation, diligence, negotiation, and closing
04Strong judgment across capital structure, counterparties, risk allocation, and financing process design
05Bank training, ideally followed by a successful move into an in-house, principal, developer, infrastructure investment, or specialist advisory environment
06Exposure to data centers, digital infrastructure, power, energy, infrastructure, or similarly capital-intensive sectors
07Experience building financing processes or functions, rather than only operating within a mature platform
08A track record of managing, coaching, or developing junior transaction professionals
09Comfort operating in a low-hierarchy, high-ambiguity environment where senior leaders are expected to stay close to execution
10Willingness to relocate to or work consistently from San Francisco
