Responsibilities
- 01Lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability
- 02Design architectures that map Synthesia’s capabilities to high-value customer use cases
- 03Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy
- 04Build proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in
- 05Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value
- 06Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders — including VP- and C-level audiences
- 07Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution
- 08Contribute to platform thinking — helping shape how we scale Synthesia from product → ecosystem
Requirements
- 015+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment
- 02Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
- 03Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations
- 04Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teams
- 05A commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion
- 06Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models
- 07Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
