Responsibilities
- 01Proactively hunt for vulnerabilities across v0 and ship fixes
- 02Design and implement security-facing functionality (sandboxing/isolation controls, permission boundaries, abuse detection)
- 03Review all new v0 features and launches before deployment
- 04Triage, validate and drive fixes for HackerOne reports related to v0
- 05Own and continuously refine the v0 threat model
- 06Harden code execution boundaries for agent-generated code
- 07Create patterns and libraries to prevent security issues without slowing development
- 08Share threat models and learnings with broader security team
- 09Respond to v0-specific security incidents as first responder
Requirements
- 015+ years building and shipping production web applications
- 02Ability to operate independently at IC4/Senior level
- 03Strong full-stack fundamentals with TypeScript, React and Node
- 04Understanding of authN/authZ design and sandboxing/isolation
- 05Knowledge of injection vulnerability classes
- 06Ability to reason about AI agent security as novel attack surface
- 07Comfort with ambiguity and defining new threat models
- 08Willingness to build with v0 to understand product functionality
