Hybrid - San Francisco
Responsibilities
- 01Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools
- 02Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs)
- 03Partner with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements
- 04Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes
- 05Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes
- 06Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, field mappings, and processes
- 07Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices
Requirements
- 01Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
- 024+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs
- 03Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework
- 04Genuine interest in People Operations
- 05Strong communicator who can translate between technical integration details and non-technical stakeholder needs
- 06Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently
