Responsibilities
- 01Provide strategic leadership for the Procurement department, setting long-term direction and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- 02Build, scale, and adapt the team structure to meet evolving organizational needs
- 03Strengthen stakeholder communication and collaboration across business units and regions
- 04Establish Procurement as a trusted internal service function, delivering efficient, scalable, and value-driven procurement services across the organization
- 05Introduce fresh perspectives and best practices to modernize procurement processes and tools
- 06Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency
- 07Ensure effective cost control, risk management, and compliance with global and local regulations
- 08Lead vendor negotiations, supplier relationship management, and category strategy
- 09Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 01Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally in an international, fast-scaling IT organization
- 02Strong leadership skills, with a track record of deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising, and formulating strategies and concepts
- 03Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate and network effectively across functions, levels, and geographies
- 04Analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture strategy
- 05Resilience and adaptability, with proven ability to cope with pressure and setbacks while driving change
- 06Expertise in structuring and restructuring teams, processes, and operating models
- 07Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- 08Familiarity with procurement automation tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
- 09Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
