Responsibilities

  • 01Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems.
  • 02Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and feedback from internal teams.
  • 03Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration.
  • 04Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a clear, unified user experience.
  • 05Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
  • 06Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand.
  • 07Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 01A proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end.
  • 02Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization.
  • 03Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 04Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation.
  • 05The ability to work comfortably alongside engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
  • 06Fluency in English.
