Responsibilities
- 01Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvements that eliminate waste and boost effectiveness
- 02Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving workshops across finance transformation initiatives
- 03Manage and deliver a continuous improvement portfolio in line with strategic priorities
- 04Own the operations incidents register, ensuring issues are structured, prioritized, and assigned clear resolution paths
- 05Track dependencies between the finance portfolio and incident registers to recommend systemic improvements
- 06Implement visual management, performance boards, tiered accountability, and standard work
- 07Develop performance metrics and dashboards to report on benefits realization, risks, and portfolio health
- 08Coach and mentor business and operational leaders in Lean tools and continuous improvement practices
- 09Support operational teams in new-demand analysis and in building productive, high-quality business cases
- 10Establish measures and governance to ensure sustainable benefits realisation from improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 01The demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean / Operational Excellence methodologies
- 02Deep expertise in core Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Root Cause Analysis
- 03Proven experience managing continuous improvement portfolios and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 04A background in developing performance metrics, dashboards, and governance frameworks to track process improvements
- 05A track record of coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to build organizational Lean capability
- 06Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills in complex, evolving environments
- 07Practical familiarity with finance processes or transformation environments
