Обязанности
- 01Lead technical discovery and validation across a high volume of pre-sales opportunities: demos, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI, and solution design
- 02Drive scaled onboarding for new customers through standard playbooks, group sessions, and self-serve resources
- 03Run 1:many adoption and consumption programs (webinars, digital events, office hours, and targeted campaigns) to help customers get more value from Cloudflare
- 04Translate complex technical capabilities into clear outcome-driven solutions
- 05Develop and maintain reusable demo assets, scripts, and reference solution designs to scale team effectiveness
- 06Stay current on Cloudflare products, Internet technologies, and competitive landscape
Требования
- 013+ years in a technical presales, solutions engineering, consulting, or related role
- 02Strong knowledge of Internet fundamentals (HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, networking concepts, APIs)
- 03Experience with Zero Trust frameworks, SASE architectures, or cloud security platforms
- 04Hands-on experience with scripting or development (Python, JavaScript, Go, Bash) and comfortable with APIs/CLIs
- 05Proven ability to engage customers directly: running demos, whiteboarding solutions, handling objections, and explaining complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
- 06Comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools to scale personal output across a high volume of accounts
- 07Comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones in the APAC region
