016+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications, ideally inside a high-growth technology company.
02A builder, not a maintainer. You've stood a function up, not just kept one running.
03World-class writing and editing. You can ghostwrite for an executive, draft an all-hands, or defuse a sensitive announcement in any voice or format.
04Proven change-management instincts. You've delivered complex news to a whole company and kept trust intact.
05Sharp judgment under pressure. You decide fast, say the hard thing kindly, and hold the line on quality on launch day.
06Comfort with executives who hold a strong vision. You can advise, challenge, and make recommendations to senior leaders without flinching.
07Deep familiarity with the rules of corporate comms, and a clear point of view on which ones to break and when.
08Comfort using AI tools in your workflow, and the ability to say exactly where and how you use them.
